RETURNS
For hygienic and safety reasons, we only accept returns on a limited basis within 20 days of receipt of the product. In order to make a return the product must be clean and un-used. Used/dirty products will not be accepted for refunds.
Please try your product on right away after receiving it to make sure it fits. If it does not fit, or you do not like it, please initiate a return immediately by contacting us at info@coldavenger.com. You will find our return address below.
We do not accept returns of "seconds" masks unless there is a manufacturers defect (see below). All sales of "seconds" are final.
EXCHANGES
For hygienic and safety reasons, we only facilitate exchanges on a limited basis within 20 days of receipt of the product. In order to make an exchange a product must be clean and un-used. Used/dirty products will not be accepted for exchange.
Please try your product on right away after receiving it to make sure it fits. If it does not fit and you would like a different size please contact us at info@coldavenger.com.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS
We warranty all products free of manufacturers defect for one year from the purchase date. This includes bad seams, unraveling thread, parts missing or falling off etc. This does not cover replacement after abuse of the product.
If you find you have a manufacturers defect and your product is still under warranty, please contact us directly for assistance at info@coldavenger.com.
RETURN LABELS
If you choose to return your purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping. At ColdAvenger's discretion we may cover return costs; however, this is not guaranteed or typical.

SHIPPING COST REFUNDS
We only refund shipping costs under the following scenarios:
(1) WRONG ADDRESS: We enter the wrong shipping address after the buyer has provided us with the correct shipping address. We do not refund shipping costs for inaccurately provided addresses.
(2) WRONG PRODUCT: We send the buyer the wrong product, or a product with a manufacturers' defect, and the buyer chooses to return and cancel the order instead of accepting a corrected product. We do not refund shipping costs if the buyer accidentally buys the wrong product or size.
(3) OVERNIGHT SELECTION IS MISSED:
(a) The buyer selects overnight shipping AND
(b) the buyer places the order between Monday-Friday before 4pm MST, AND
(c) the delivery carrier fails to deliver the item during the guaranteed time frame after shipment from our warehouse.
