Do you ship to my country?
ColdAvenger ships both domestically and internationally. For more information on international shipping please read our Terms of Service and our FAQ.
What are my shipping options?
You will see shipping options during your checkout. We ship through U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx.
Help! I need special shipping or urgent shipping.
If you do not see a shipping option that works for you, or if you have a special shipping request, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
When do you ship?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Montana, Monday - Friday until 4pm MST. We do not ship on weekends or Federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:30 PM MST may not be shipped until the following business day. Overnight request made after 4:00 PM MST may not be shipped until the following business day.
Who pays international duties and fees?
The buyer pays all international import duties and fees. ColdAvenger does not include or pay for any duty fees and taxes that are assessed by your local customs office. Learn more on our Terms of Service or FAQ page.
How can I estimate my duties, taxes or fees?
You can calculate approximate duties, taxes and fees at this LINK. We cannot guarantee this is accurate, but it should give you an idea. Use HS Code "650699"
International Brokerage Fees
Some carriers charge import brokerage fees. The amount they charge is not factored into your purchase price and depends on the carrier selected by the buyer during check-out. As an example, UPS charges a brokerage fee of approximately $10 USD. US Postal Service (USPS) and government carriers tend to charge a lower brokerage fee, or none at all.
Refusal of International Package
If the buyer rejects the shipment due to unwillingness to pay import duties, taxes or fees, we will not refund shipping costs incurred.
How long does it take to receive an international order?
Speed of delivery depends on what shipping speed you choose at check out. When the package is shipped, it must first go through your country's customs office. Once the package clears customs it will be delivered to you. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.
What happens if I refuse receipt of my package?
If you refuse your order, or do not collect your package from your country's delivery carrier, the package will return to us where we will process a return. We will not process the return until we receive the package at our warehouse. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs on refused packages.
Your international shipping costs are expensive. Why?
For international shipping, we only select shipping options which are trackable and faster. This means our shipping costs are more expensive, but also safer and faster.
Where is my package?
Please check the location of your package by following the tracking link sent to you by email. This email was automatically sent to you when your order was shipped from our office.
Oops! I gave you the wrong shipping address.
If your address was entered incorrectly, your package will eventually be returned to our warehouse where we will issue a refund for the product, but not the cost of shipping. We are happy to help correct the address and try again at your request. Please contact us.
Do you refund shipping costs?
We only refund shipping costs under the following scenarios:
(1) WRONG ADDRESS: We enter the wrong shipping address after the buyer has provided us with the correct shipping address. We do not refund shipping costs for inaccurately provided addresses.
(2) WRONG PRODUCT: We send the buyer the wrong product, or a product with a manufacturers' defect, and the buyer chooses to return and cancel the order instead of accepting a corrected product. We do not refund shipping costs if the buyer accidentally buys the wrong product or size.
(3) WE FAIL TO SHIP YOUR OVERNIGHT ORDER ON TIME:
(a) The buyer selects overnight shipping AND
(b) the buyer places the order between Monday-Friday before 4pm MST, AND
(c) the delivery carrier fails to deliver the item during the guaranteed time frame after shipment from our warehouse.
