The Union Suit/Level II Layer Lightweight option was designed specifically for the US Coast Guard's Rescue & Survival Cold Water PPE layering system. This item has been approved by the USCG and was added to the pre-approved list of Union Suit/Level II  options. 

The generous front zipper opens from both the top and bottom, a low-profile collar adds extra warmth and comfort, built-in elastic stirrups keep fabric in place along the calves while layering and during activity, added fabric in the palms allows user easily to grip the sleeve keeping fabric along the forearms in place when layering under a drysuit, and drop-seat easily opens and closes. 

Made with Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro fleece fabric. It is an abrasion resistant knit technology that delivers great stretch and recovery performance. It is engineered with an enhanced and resilient 4-way stretch capability to enable full range of motion without losing its form. The result is a durable, soft, breathable, and stretchy fabric which provides for easy movement and shape retention. Moisture wicking properties with a fast dry ensure comfort all day.
