Took this out in -10, love it! Super warm. Tough to quickly access the building humidity inside the apparatus, but I’ll figure that out.

pre-skeptical, post-believer!

I'm Network field engineer in mid-Michigan, in my 50's, with compromised lungs.

With the weather patterns averaging 20's to -2, I became aware that a bandana across my face wasn't working for me anymore. I found this site, promptly ordered the half mask and full head mask. The day I received it - 2 weeks ago it was 7 deg F out, I put it to the test hiking thru the woods, it worked great, better than I expected, except my glasses kept fogging up. But in a working situation - I was up on a 25' pole for 2 hours in 11 deg F temps, blowing winds, Breathing in thru nose and blowing down evenly with mouth mostly kept glasses from fogging, occasionally bringing noise slightly out of mask, not ideal, but it works, my face was warm, my lungs didn't hurt and I felt good. Usually that would have been a 4 hour job for the warm up breaks, but I only had to warm up 1 - 15 min.
I know I need goggles, and have tried 2 pair, just haven't found a set that fits over my glasses yet.

I will take these in every cold environment arena that I may be in!
